About Me

Currently working toward completion of my associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising, I am an experienced retail manager and dedicated to my work. I have been in the world of retail since 2021, ranging from styling positions to store management. From my first management position in 2022, I had fallen in love with visual displays and leading a team. I have maintained that love several years later and continue to encourage and help people find what drives and motivates them. I also have a refined skill of raising money for child life departments, specifically through my time at Spirit Halloween. Helping raise money, and seeing how it impacts the youth is such a wonderful feeling.

The Mission

Whenever I start a merchandising project, I always think - What story is going to be told? What lifestyle am I trying to capture? How will the customer interact with the display? These questions are some of the most important to be asking. Depending on the brand, the season, the location, it can all change how it is answered. Every goal is different but the focus remains the same: What will make the client stop and look?

Why?

When we look back even a couple decades ago, stores were filled with intriguing displays, fun colors, and an ultimate shopping experience. Currently the world of retail cuts corners, prefers a uniform look across stores, and leaves much to be desired. Shopping has become a hastened experience and stresses out the consumer. I want to help bring back the full shopping day with a complete experience. Clients can walk by, interact with displays, and speak with brand representatives. The days of monotonous stores with insignificant interiors must come to an end.
